The customer care representative will provide his / her own name and provide you with a complaint reference number (example: AST379) and acknowledge your complaint on the phone. Our aim is to resolve your complaint to your complete satisfaction. The customer care representative will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If it is not possible, we will inform you of the length of time we expect it to take to investigate and resolve the complaint.
We kindly request you to provide us with clear & concise information, by which our customer care representative can try to resolve your complaint through phone itself. If not, he/she will take complete details and appoint a suitable engineer to complete your call. For all further correspondence on a particular complaint, please quote your complaint reference number as example mentioned above. |
